Ihdathiat Real Estate Co. posted the statement of income for the nine-month period that ended on Sept. 30, 2012, which reflected profit of JOD 482 thousand, versus JOD 13.803 thousand in prior-year period.

These earnings were driven by the sale of Ihdathiat's unit at a total value of approx. JOD 28.308 thousand.

The company narrowed Q3-12 loss to nearly JOD 6.178 thousand, from JOD 7.035 thousand in year-earlier period.
