Entkaeyah for Real Estate Investment Co PLC announced that its losses increased in the first half of 2014 by 411.8% to JOD 233.07 thousand compared with JOD 45.53 thousand in the first half of 2013.

The company had announced JOD 156 thousand losses in the first quarter this year against JOD 78.6 thousand losses in the same quarter of 2013, which means the company’s losses increased.

Financial statements of the company showed losses in limited financial assets in the first half of JOD 164.75 thousand against JOD 902 profits in the first half of the last year.

Administrational expenses of the company increased to JOD 58.3 thousand this year compared with JOD 25.88 thousand in H1-13.

Losses per share increased to JOD 0.047 from JOD 0.01 in H1-13.

As for the second quarter, the company turned to losses of JOD 76.7 thousand against JOD 33.03 thousand profits in the same quarter last year.
