The audited financial statements and other reports will be presented to the shareholders for approval in the Annual General Meeting which is proposed to be held on 11 March 2015.
Board has also decided to recommend to the shareholders to issue bonus shares at 10% of paid up equity share capital for the year ended 31 December 2014.
