Cairo-Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the real estate firm Utopia has agreed on increasing the developer’s cash dividends distribution to be EGP 2.2 per share for the fiscal year 2015, with a total of EGP 6.6 million.

The company’s board proposed early February a payment of EGP 1.5 per share with a total of EGP 4.5 million.

Utopia has achieved profits worth EGP 4.8 million during the fiscal year of 2015.
