Doha - Mubasher: Qatar National Cement Co. (QNCC) announced signing a $100 million financing agreement with Samba Financial Group on Sunday to finance a new cement factory, according to a bourse filing.
The loan will be used to partially finance factory number 5, QNCC said.
It added that repayment will be due in three-and-a-half years with a two-year grace period.
