Mubasher: Mena Homes Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of United Real Estate Company (URC), on Wednesday signed a contract with Alghanim International General Trading and Contracting Company for the development of the Hessah Towers project.  

The KWD 25.75 million project is set to be completed in 798 days, according to a stock exchange disclosure.

Moreover, the transaction will reflect positively on Mena Homes’ financials in the coming period.  

It is worth noting that URC owns a 33.3% stake in Mena Homes.
