Qatar National Cement Co. announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 23/02/2025 and the following resolution were approved

1) Amending Article (69) of the company’s bylaws, by adding the following paragraph: “The Board of Directors may decide to approve the distribution of interim dividends (quarterly or semi-annually) to shareholders, in accordance with the controls issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, and the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and its amendments.”

2) Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors to take all necessary measures to approve the aforementioned amendment, document the amended articles of association, and publish it in the Official Gazette.
