1.Hearing the report of the Board of Directors on the company's activities and its financial position during the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2024 and the company's future plan and approving them.
2.Hearing and approving the report of the company auditors for the financial year ending on 31/12/2024.
3.Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2024
4.To discuss and endorse the Board of Directors’ report on Corporate Governance for the year 2024.
5.Hearing the auditor’s report on compliance with the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority and other relevant legislation, including the corporate governance system for companies and legal entities listed on the main market, and on internal control controls over financial reports and approving them.
.6. Consider the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors and determine their remuneration for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2024, and approve the remuneration policy and grant incentives to the members of the Board of Directors and the executive management
7.Appointing the External Auditor for the financial year 2025and determining their audit fees.
