The company would like to inform its esteemed shareholders that they can vote electronically on the agenda items of the aforementioned meeting through the Tadawulaty electronic services, starting from Friday, 25-11-1446H, corresponding to May 23, 2025, at 1:00 AM until the end of the meeting time.
