The board of Al Qurain Holding Co. will convene tomorrow to discuss the agreement to sell shares of ISE-listed. Al-Qurain owns 3.24 billion shares or 46.68% of Al Ameen Real Estate Co. through its unit Al-Qabas Al-Moneer General Trading and Contracting Limited.
