Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) announced that the capital of Al Faris National Co for Investment and Export will be reduced from 34 million shares to 5.944 million shares at EGP 1 par value each starting from next Sunday.
The stock benchmark price will be set at JOD 2.29.
The exchange added that the stock would continue to be halted from trading as per the decision of Securities Authority on July 6, 2010.
