Pearl Sanitary Paper Converting announced its financial statement which showed that the company turned to losses during the first half of 2014 of JOD 2.67 thousand (THD) against profits of JOD 28.8 thousand in the same period of last year.

Earnings per share hit JOD 0.005 during the first half of 2014 against JOD 0.058 in the same period of 2013.

According to the financial statement of the company, administrational and general expenses led the company to turn from profits to losses. The expenses increased by 80% to JOD 99.9 thousand in the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 55.5 thousand during the same period of the last year.
