In a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), Oman National Investment Corporation Holding (ONIC) disclosed that it has received a communication from Oman International Development and Investment Company (OMINVEST) with regards to a strategic arrangement.

ONIC’s board of directors said it will consider OMINVEST’s communication at its next board meeting and a further disclosure will be made by ONIC concerning this matter thereafter.

It is worth noting that OMNIVEST had contacted ONIC Holding last month to examine the possibility of creating strategic arrangements between the two companies.
