Palestine Mortgage and Housing Corp announced that the extraordinary general meeting will be held on Sunday, September 28, to discuss turning the company from general shareholding limited to private shareholding limited.

The meeting will be held at 3:00 PM in the company headquarter.

The meeting agenda includes also authorizing the current board to sign on the internal regulation and the application to found the private shareholding company.
