El Kahera El Watania Investment said it is close to selling 100 thousand shares of Adiles Leasing to Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB) at EGP 5.56 each, totaling EGP 556 thousand.
The bank had earlier said the deal of purchasing 4119781 shares of Adiles which is owned by El Kahera El Watania and Assiut Islamic Trading, would be executed at EGP 5.56 a share, totaling EGP 22.905 million.
