The benchmark index of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed on Wednesday at 2102.37 points, rising by 0.44%.

Trading volume reached 9.1 million shares, at a turnover of JOD 7.9 million, traded through 3,835 transactions.

Shares of 138 companies were traded, of which 50 rose, 43 declined, and 45 remained unchanged.

On all sectors level, the services index, the industrial index and the financial index soared by 1.46%, 0.42%, and 0.01% respectively.

The top three gainers were Comprehensive Multiple Project by 4.96%, Industrial Industries and Match by 4.87%, and Al Sanabel International for Islamic Investments Holding by 4.84%.

The top three decliners were Taameer Jordan Holdings Public Shareholding Company by 7.14%, Real Estate Development by 5.26%, and Arab Company for Investment Projects by 5.00%.
