Increase in gas price

December 09, 2014 – Company: National Biscuit Industries Ltd SAOG.

We have been informed by PEIE at Rusayl Industrial Estate that prices of natural gas will

be increased from 20.5 baizas to 41 baizas per cubic meter effective 1 January 2015 and thereafter with 3% annual increase.

Based on this, we estimate that the cost of production in 2015 will increase by RO 8,000.
