Shareholders of International Company for Investment approved withholding a dividend payout for 2014, the company said in a bourse statement.
The company reported net profits of EGP 636,900 for 2014, compared with EGP 5.4 million for the previous year, a decline of 93.6%.
The firm is capitalised at EGP 30 million, distributed across 6 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
