In addition to the resolutions made at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on 28th April 2015, and  that have been further disclosed yesterday 29th April 2015, we would like to inform that the EGM has approved the following new activities:

•               Filling, selling and distributing of liquefied petroleum gas and                        doing all the work-related or ancillary or complementary to that                              effect, additionally, the company can engage in various areas of                              work related to the production of industrial lubricants and                                       industrial additives, liquefied natural gas and renewable energy                     sources
