United Finance Company (UFC) received an official proposal from Al-Omaniya Financial Services to participate in the bidding process for possible acquisition.

UFC’s board of directors is considering the proposal for further announcement in this regard.

United Finance reported earnings worth OMR 4.9 million ($12.6 million) in the fiscal year 2014, compared to OMR 3.6 million ($9.3 million) in the previous year, a growth of 36%.
