Further to the earlier disclosures regarding merger / acquisition, we would like to inform that United Finance Company SAOG has written to the two bidders, namely, Al Omaniya Financial Services SAOG and National Bank of Oman SAOG inviting their offers.
Further disclosure concerning this matter will be made as and when there are developments to report.
