Riyadh-Mubasher: National Gypsum Co. recorded net earnings of SAR 10.81 million in the second quarter of 2015, soaring 107.88% compared with SAR 5.2 million a year earlier.

Net earnings for the first six months of 2015 jumped 48.8% year-on-year from SAR 10.7 million to SAR 15.93 million.

The profit growth was boosted by an increase in other income, due to robust investment profits and lower operating profit as a result of intense competition and higher cost of sales.
