DISCLOSURE – ACQUISITION

Further to the earlier disclosures by the company on the subject of merger / acquisition, the Committee of the UFC Board designated for the purpose met on 12^th August 2015 to review the response dated 11^th August 2015 received from Al Omaniya Financial Services SAOG and has decided to refer the matter to the full Board for their review and appropriate decision making.

Further disclosure will be made after the full Board is able to meet, review the response from Al Omaniya Financial Services SAOG and take a decision in the matter.
