Manafae Holding will hold its postponed extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday to discuss offsetting KWD 1.95 million accumulated losses as registered on 30 September, 2014.
Thus, the company’s accumulated losses will shrink to KWD 2.1 million.
The Kuwaiti company will also consider decreasing its capital to KWD 10 million from KWD 20.09 million.
