Mubasher: Société de Promotion Pharmaceutique du Maghreb (PRO) said it was cleared by shareholders to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
In a filing to Casablanca bourse, the company added that FY14 dividends will be paid at MAD 80 per share.
The dividend distribution will be effected as of 28 September.
