Cairo-Mubasher: Shareholders of Ferchem Misr for Fertilizers approved the dividends payment for the years of 2007, 2008 and 2009.

In 2007, the company distributed dividends of EGP 3 million, while the deferred dividends amounted to EGP 309,793.

Meanwhile, in 2008, the company decided to defer all the dividends which amounted to EGP 24.8 million, whereas it decided in 2009 to pay dividends of EGP 10.05 million and defer an amount of EGP 18.6 million.

Ferchem Misr registered an increase of 56.6% in net profits for the first half of 2015 to EGP 598,900, up from EGP 1.38 million for the same period of 2014.
