Mubasher: NASS Corporation will convene a board meeting on 11 November to review financial statements for the period ending 30 September 2015.
The Bahrain-listed company posted net earnings of BHD 1.31 million ($3.45 million) for the first half of 2015.
NASS operates with nearly BHD 22 million in capital, divided into 220 million shares at a par value of BHD 0.1 each.
