This is to advise you that the Board of Director decided to prompt Mr. R. Muthukumar  who was acting  the Chief Executive Officer of the company to the position of Chief Executive Officer . The Capital Market Authority also approved the above-mentioned Board decision.

Mr. R. Muthukumar has been working in Oman United Insurance Company (SAOG) for 24 years, (since 1991), and employed in various positions, capacities and responsibilities.

He is a holder of Master Degree in  Commerce (M.Com) from India since 1987, and he also  is a Chartered Accountant (from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 1990.
