Mubasher: Oman United Insurance said the board has promoted R. Muthukumar as the new chief executive officer.
This decision was approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company announced in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Tuesday.
The insurance firm previously posted a profit of OMR 3.46 million ($8.95 million) in the first half of 2015.
