Mubasher: The shareholders meeting of Oman Education and Training Investment Holding gave a nod to distribute dividends of OMR 15 baisa, which is equivalent to 15% of the company's capital.

Oman Education reported net profits of OMR 1.3 million for the fiscal year ended 31 August 2015, compared with OMR 943.8 million a year earlier.

The company is capitalised at OMR 7 million, distributed across 70 million shares at OMR 0.1 par value each.
