Mubasher: Al Jazeira Services said its board rejected an offer to purchase its 36.99% stake in Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Co. at OMR 0.300 per share.
The total value of the offer reaches OMR 32.87 million, the company said in a statement to Oman Bourse.
Al Jazeira added that the first offer was valued at OMR 0.375 a share, totalling OMR 41.08 million.
