Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) has decided to suspend trading on shares of eight companies which have not yet provided their financial statements, held their ordinary general meeting (OGM) or completed their capital reduction.
KSE added that a suspension of trading in shares of two companies will be effective until they accomplish the process of their capital reduction, according to the bourse.
Trading in shares of Al-Mal Investment, Noor Financial Investment, and Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange will be halted for not presenting their financials for the period ended 30 September.
Meanwhile, trading on Amwal International Investment as well as Al-Madar Finance and Investment was suspended for not submitting their financials for the period ended 31 March and 30 June respectively. The bourse statement added that Al-Madar stock was also suspended as the company did not hold its OGM.
KSE has suspended trading on Al-Safat Real Estate and Jazeera Airways shares until their capital cut procedures are completed.
