Kuwait-Mubasher: The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of Al Madar Finance and Investment have approved the board’s recommendation of voluntary withdrawal from Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).
Also, shareholders agreed on freezing dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2014.
Al Madar has elected new board members for the three coming years.
