Mubasher: Jordan Ceramic Industries’ board said on Thursday that shareholders, in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), approved on liquidating their company.

Shareholders agreed on a voluntary liquidation of the company and its subsidiaries, according to a statement by the company.

Amman-listed Jordan Ceramic Industries’ nine month losses were deepened by 7.99% to JOD 203,900.
