Cairo-Mubasher: GMC Group for Industrial, Commercial and Financial Investments said Deputy Chairman Ahmed Kamal El-Oleimi submitted his resignation.
The resignation is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
The Egyptian bourse decided to resume trading on the stock which was halted until the company replies to inquiry about El-Oleimi’s resignation.
