Mubasher: Oman Education and Training Investment Holding Company announced on Sunday that its shareholders approved, in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Wednesday, a proposal to increase the number of board members from five to seven and amend the company’s statute.

The Muscat listed company said that the EGM elected non-shareholders to fill the two board seats which became vacant.
