Doha - Mubasher: Qatar Oman Investment Company (QOIC) said that ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on 13 March to discuss the proposal of dividend distribution.
According to bourse filing posted Sunday, shareholders will look into paying dividends of 6% of capital, or QAR 60 per share.
The company’s net profit last year was QAR 18.3 million, compared to QAR 25.9 million in 2014, with a decline 29.3%.
The company stated that its audited balance sheet, profits and loss account of FY15 will also be discussed during the meeting.
Shareholders will also approve the appointment of the company’s external auditor for 2016.
