Mubasher: Dlala Brokerage and Investment (DBIS) appointed Abdul Aziz Ali Abdullah Al Hammadi as Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Al Hammadi will assume his new post as of 10 February, according to the company’s statement on bourse website.

The board of directors consists of Nasser Al Sulaiti as a chairman, Jaber Al-Hajri as vice chairman, and Ahmed Al Asmakh in the position of managing director.

The board includes also Suhaim Al Thani, Ali Al Sada, Abdulrahman Al Mana, Mubarak Al Abdullah, Moza Al Sulaiti and Nasser Al Sulaiti.
