Cairo-Mubasher: Real estate firm Utopia posted losses of EGP 437,210 ($56,000) for fourth quarter ended 31 December 2015.
The company recorded earnings of EGP 4.8 million ($614,600) for 2015, compared with EGP 411,300 ($52,700) in 2014, a surge of 1,067%.
Net revenues reached EGP 5.2 million, compared with EGP 1.9 million a year earlier.
