Mubasher: Al Batinah Power said that its board of directors has recommended a distribution of 10% cash dividends or 10 baisa per share, according to a burse filing.

The statement showed that the dividends payment will be for shareholders of record in May/June 2016 and November/December 2016 out of the retained earnings, as per the audited financial statements for FY15.

The board has approved to convene the shareholders meeting on 14 March.
