Mubasher: Oman Chlorine generated profits of OMR 640,000 ($1.66 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, against losses of OMR 70,000 ($181,200) in the same quarter of 2014, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Profits jumped 35.2% to OMR 2.61 million in the fiscal year 2015, compared to OMR 1.93 million in the fiscal year 2014.

The board recommended 10% cash dividends, amounting to OMR 6.49 million, for the fiscal year 2015, in addition to 5% bonus shares totalling 3.24 million shares.
