Kuwait-Mubasher: Coast Investment and Development has lodged a lawsuit to claim a repayment of KWD 275,000 ($915,327), the company said in a bourse announcement.

The court has set 22 June to look into the case brought by Coast against Moya Project Management Holding as well as Mishari Mohamed Eissa Al-Ghazali.

Revenues worth KWD 275,000 ($915,327) are expected to be registered as a financial impact from the claim, if successful, Coast clarified.

Coast stock rose 1.39% to settle at 36.5 fils early in Sunday’s trading session, after four transactions were executed on 53,000 shares with a value of about KWD 1,900.
