Doha – Mubasher: Medicare Group on 29 March will consider the dividends proposed by its board as the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for today, has been called off due to lack of quorum.

The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) was also delayed to 19 March for the same reason.

The OGM will discuss a proposal to pay cash dividends at 50% of the paid-up capital, or QAR 5 ($1.37) per share, for the fiscal year 2015.
