Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Shareholders of Umm Al Qaiwain Cement Industries Co. approved to offset accumulated losses by AED 17.33 million through statutory reserves, according to a bourse statement.
Accumulated losses represented 62.9% of the company’s capital by the end of 2015.
Shareholders approved the balance sheet, in addition to profit and loss statement for 2015.
