Dubai-Mubasher: Shareholders of National Cement Company (NCC) will discuss on 16 April a board proposal of paying cash dividends at 25% of the share’s par value for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
It said that the 25% cash dividends are equal a total of AED 89.7 million.
During their ordinary general meeting, shareholders will also discuss profit and loss statement.
