Mubasher: Sohar Power Company’s ordinary general meeting agreed yesterday to distribute cash dividends at 8.2% of the issued capital (8.2 Baisas per share) for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.

The company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) earlier approved cash dividend at 9.4% (9.4 Baisas per share) of the fiscal year 2014.

The Muscat listed company is capitalised at OMR 22.1 million ($57.4 million) distributed across 221.01 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1 ($0.26).
