Mubasher: Al Hassan Engineering company’s board of directors postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) due to be held on 17 April to till further notice.

According to a bourse filing, the delay was in order to meet all legal and technical requirements before obtaining the shareholders’ approval for selling the piece of land owned by the company, which is located at Ghala Heights.
