Mubasher: Al Anwar Holdings Company’s board of directors recommended cash dividends at 10% of the capital (10 baisas  per share) and 16.61-for-100 bonus shares (16.61% of the capital) for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing released on Monday.

The Muscat- company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 5.97 million for 2015, rising 15.7% from OMR 5.16 million in 2014.

The stock rose in today’s mid trading by 0.43% to OMR 0.23.
