Kuwait-Mubasher: Hits Telecom Holding will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 1 June to amend articles of association and statute, according to a bourse statement.

The KSE-listed company will add an article which will allow purchasing and selling 10% or less of the issued shares at the market value.

Hits Telecom stock reached 33.5 fils by the end of Sunday’s session, hitting the highest trading volume of 13.83 million shares.
