Kuwait-Mubasher: Nafais Holding announced its direct and indirect ownership percentages in Al Mowasat Health Care, according to a bourse statement.

Nafais owns 47.8% as a direct stake in Al Mowasat’s capital, and has a stake of 36% in United Resources Investment which owns 20% of the health care company’s shares.

Furthermore, Nafais has a 99% stake in New Mowasat Hospital, yet it has no stake in Mowasat Hospital, the statement added.
